The 2014-15 Season really snuck up on alot of people and thus only 4 cars were on hand to compete in Round 1 of the 2014-15 N.S.W Quarter Midget Championship Series. Round 1 also marked the return of former Quarter Midget Driver Brett Finucane to the series in the 2B Racing #3 and he wasted no time showing the field he is a force to be reconed with claiming a clean sweep of the round winning all 3 heats and the final in convincing style. Brett Muller and Rob Stephenson both showed solid form that put on a really good show and Rachael Holt really Impressed in her best showing yet with continued improvement throughout the event in the Garry Biner #88 Machine. 

Heat 1

Early engine gremlins put Rob Stephenson behind the eight ball forcing him out of heat one and with a big points deficit for the rest of the night. Brett Muller & Brett Finucane put on a  great show for the fans that ended with finucane as the victor with Muller a strong 2nd with Rachael Holt in 3rd.

Heat 2

Brett Finucane won heat 2 by the smallest of margins over Brett Muller winning the race by less than half a push bar in what was the race of the night  Rob Stephenson finished in the 3rd position from Rachael Holt in 4th.

Heat 3

Not even starting from P4 would stop Finucanes Run sweeping around the outside and claim P1 by the end of lap 1 and never looking back again it was  Rob Stephenson finishing 2nd,  Brett Muller in 3rd and Rachael Holt Rounding out the Field.

Feature Race

Brett Finucane led from the first corner and never looked back leaving the rest of the field chasing the #3 once more and won in convincing style it seemed the car was setup just right for what was an amazing track not really giving his rivals a chance to catch him. the Podium was 1st Brett Finucane, 2nd Brett Muller, 3rd Rob Stephenson.
